Most freelancers tend to order fast food because they don’t have enough time to cook their meals, but we all know that it is not suitable for our health. Our body needs nutrients and vitamins to be healthy and have energy during working hours. Cooking your own dish/meal also will help to lessen your expense. You will need to go to the market, buy fresh vegetables and fruits. So, what are the foods that are easy to cook and healthy?

  • Avocado Toast with Egg

You’ll need toasted slices of whole-grain bread, smashed avocado, and sunny-side-up eggs.
