Are my clients happy?

Are my clients satisfied with my work?

What if my client found a better VA or a freelancer?

Is it enough or do I need to push harder?

A lot of questions keep on appearing in our minds and it may result in pressure with ourselves but here are the tips on how to handle pressure as a freelancer.

Use to-do lists
Using to-do lists has a huge effect to lessen our pressure because we can prioritize everything. Break the tasks or goals according to deadlines and create a deadline of your own which is ahead of the actual deadline for each of the tasks. Also, prioritizing everything helps you avoid burnout.

Learn to say ‘No’
Why is learning to say No is important?
It’s important to be able to say no so you’ll feel empowered while still maintaining your relationships with others. Saying no helps you establish healthy boundaries and enables others to have clarity about what they can expect from you. —https://www.goodtherapy.org/

Set working hours
Setting work hours is necessary to be able to get well-rested. Remember to work hard but rest well. In order to eliminate pressure with work, take a rest or break. Choose the working hours that will best fit you and your client. When your shifts already ended, give an update to your client, clean your workspace, and turn off your computer/laptop.

Exercise
The best way to reduce your pressure and stress is by performing exercises. If you are not really into fitness because you only want to remove the pressure you feel, then you can try yoga or Zumba, jogging, biking, and etc.

If you feel pressured, take a deep breath and listen to nature songs such as the winds, beach waves, crickets, etc. Always remember that our health is the most important thing to look into.
