I’ve heard from customers and prospects many time,”I talked to other virtual assistants early on, but they only offered X.” X could mean a project cost, only an hourly rate strucutre or a package of services filled with items the customer didn’t need.

Make sure when you engage the services of a VA that you find one that will work with you based on your needs. Are they a strict “Package price” shop? Make sure if you don’t need one or more of the services, that you can swap out one of those items for something you DO need. No need to waste your dollars on items you can’t use for your business.

Are you a “by the hour” type of person? Then make sure your VA will work with you if that’s what makes you happy. A great VA will want to help you succeed, not cause stress because your needs must match their package of services or billing structure they have in place for others. Flexibility is key to making sure your dollars are well spent and you see the results you need to see.
